consisting of information services, opinions and content

use of this Site by the End User. By using this Site (other

The foregoing provisions
of Section 6 apply equally to and are for the benefit
of divinelife.us, its subsidiaries, affiliates and third party content
providers and licensors and each shall have the right
to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on

USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THATDIVINELIFE.US IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR
ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THRID-PARTIES AND
THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING REESTS ENTIRELY
WITH END USER.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DIVINELIFE.US, OR ANY PERSON
OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR SIDTRIBUTING

OR UPLOADED THAT IS OR MAY BE DEEMED UNSUITABLE CAN

End User agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless divinelife.us, its affiliates
and their respective directors, officers, and agents
from and against all claims and expenses, including
attorney's fees, arising out of this Site and/or the
Microsites by End User. |

| Third Party |

Under no circumstances will divinelife.us be liable for any loss or damages caused by the
content within the Site, nor will the author of the
content within the Site, be liable, under any circumstances,
for any loss or damages that a Third party alleges is
a result of the content within the Site, nor is Guruji
liable under any circumstances for any loss or damages
allegedly caused by the content within the Site. It
is the responsibility of the End User to interpret the
information within the Site accordingly and divinelife.us hereby expressly disclaims any representations
regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such
third-party claims. |

| Miscellaneous |

This Agreement and any operating
rules for divinelife.us established
by divinelife.us constitute the entire agreement of
the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder
is a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or
default. The section headings used herein are for convenience
only and shall be of no legal force or effect. |
