Scientists have always been searching for the eluding link between spirituality and science. There are some who believe that the fundamental essences of the universe are energy and information. As per the current understanding energy and matter always co- existed and is considered to be one and the same.

Over the past half a century or so some of the scientists realized the existence of an unknown energy that operates on the mental and emotional levels often causing phenomena that are classified as paranormal. Several attempts are made to scientifically study the miraculous powers of saints, God men, healers, and practitioners of holistic/ alternative medicines etc. The attempts did not result in any significant success.

Life Energy/ consciousness/ information signals are found to be transmitted by a unique individual Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. He defies the laws of human physiology and has been performing what a layman would call 'miracles'.  Several thousands of people in many countries all around the world suffering from physical, mental, spiritual and emotional disorders within last 12 years have been cured by Mr. Trivedi's physical touch/ thought intervention.

To rule out the possibility of placebo effect and for deeper understanding Mr. Trivedi had conducted thousands of experiments in Life sciences and Materials science to observe the impact of his blessing(Divine energy) through thought intervention/ physical touch on several seeds/ plants/ trees, pathogenic bacterias, fungi, viruses, Metals ,Ceramics, Polymers, Organic & Inorganic compounds with the help of most sophisticated technologies available with the existing science. The results are miraculous, way beyond the comprehension and knowledge of present sciences. Typically, the DNA finger printing revealed that the energy caused DNA polymorphism up to 69% in crops and 79% in bacteria. As per the current understanding the gene sequences never alter for thousands of generations till evolution occurs (due to the primary forces between the genes as the latter are composed of atoms). The efforts of the scientists, using a variety of experimental techniques to alter the gene sequences had so far met with moderate success. Perhaps for the first time Mr. Trivedi has demonstrated the alteration of the gene sequences by huge proportion and that to by only his thought intervention/ physical touch.

Infectious diseases remain a leading cause of death despite available therapies. The reasons are increasing resistance of old common pathogens to available therapies and increasing prominence of uncommon pathogens due to the proliferation of immunocompromised patients. All these causes are responsible for the increased antibiotic resistance, which prolongs illness in patients and puts them at a greater risk of death.

There seem to be no foreseeable solution to increase the immunity of human beings so that they do not get infected by any pathogenic microbes which are increasingly becoming resistant to the multiple antibiotics.  The only possibility is to find a solution that will decrease the resistance to the antibiotics used against various pathogenic infections.

Guruji had designed a project to reverse the antibiotic sensitivity patterns of the pathogenic bacteria. The results are unique and conclusive. The analyzed data indicated that Guruji’s blessing, also referred as ‘treatment’ in the project report, had not only successfully reversed the antibiotic sensitivity patterns but also changed the characteristics of the pathogenic microbes.

In this project, 39 ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) Strains and 63 Multiple Drug Resistant (MDR) bacterial strains were used. The latter were procured from the stored stock cultures of the Microbiology Laboratory of P.D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai, India (accredited by The College of American Pathologists) where the project was also carried out. All tests were performed with the help of automation on the Microscan Walkaway System (Dade Behring Siemens) using NBPC-30 and PBPC – 20 panels. Antimicrobial susceptibility was determined using the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) method as per the latest CLSI (Clinical & Laboratory Standard Institute) guidelines. The results were supported by the analysis of the biochemical reactions. Every bacterium follows its Metabolic Pathways of Biochemistry and subsequently gives rise to particular biochemical reactions that are characteristic feature of a particular Microbe. An automated machine analyzes these biochemical reactions and further denotes a biotype number, which is arrived at after interpreting the results of the biochemical tests. The Biotype numbers then led to the particular Organism Identification.

Surprisingly, after Guruji’s blessing, the biotypes have changed in most of the treated samples (about 50%) and did not match with the control sample. In few cases, 30% to 65% biochemical reactions were found to be altered.

During this project, it was also observed that Guruji’s energy had effectively altered the characteristics of multiple bacteria within lyophilized state itself to a great extent in relation to antibiotic sensitivity and biochemical characteristics. This result is unusual as lyophilization is considered to be the dormant stage and thus is the preferred method for preserving and transporting bacterial strains. It is believed that the chemical and enzymatic characteristics of the microbes do not alter in lyophilized state and hence no treatment is possible in this state.

It is known that mutations play an important role in developing the antibacterial resistance. But why and how the mutations take place is unexplainable by the current theories of science. There are still gaps exist in scientific understanding of the mechanism of the time dependent progressive resistance to antibiotics. The above mentioned results may lead to a model to explain this phenomenon.
