Scientists have always been searching for the eluding link between spirituality and science. There are some who believe that the fundamental essences of the universe are energy and information. As per the current understanding energy and matter always co- existed and is considered to be one and the same.

Over the past half a century or so some of the scientists realized the existence of an unknown energy that operates on the mental and emotional levels often causing phenomena that are classified as paranormal. Several attempts are made to scientifically study the miraculous powers of saints, God men, healers, and practitioners of holistic/ alternative medicines etc. The attempts did not result in any significant success.

Life Energy/ consciousness/ information signals are found to be transmitted by a unique individual Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. He defies the laws of human physiology and has been performing what a layman would call 'miracles'.  Several thousands of people in many countries all around the world suffering from physical, mental, spiritual and emotional disorders within last 12 years have been cured by Mr. Trivedi's physical touch/ thought intervention.

Are these Placebo effects or Real?

To rule out the possibility of placebo effect and for deeper understanding Mr. Trivedi had conducted thousands of experiments in Life sciences and Materials science to observe the impact of his blessing(Divine energy) through thought intervention/ physical touch on several seeds/ plants/ trees, pathogenic bacterias, fungi, viruses, Metals ,Ceramics, Polymers, Organic & Inorganic compounds with the help of most sophisticated technologies available with the existing science. The results are miraculous, way beyond the comprehension and knowledge of present sciences.

Genetic changes in organisms occur over generations as an evolutionary response to changes in environment. Changes in gene expression may occur in the lifetime, but DNA polymorphism occurs when there are more permanent changes in the DNA, which will persist to the next generation.

A project was conducted at R&D facility of Bangalore Genei, which was designed by the laboratory personnel themselves, to study the impact of Guruji’s blessing on ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) bacterial strains had caused DNA polymorphism up to 79% when analyzed through DNA fingerprinting by RAPD analysis.

The microbiology laboratory personnel handled the materials and conducted the analysis of the tests, as Guruji performed only the blessing part, which is referred as Treatment in the project report. Further, 5 of 24 treated samples from the said project showed alteration in either genus or species as analyzed by 16 S rDNA test.

In a separate project conducted with the Microbiology Laboratory of P.D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai, India (accredited by The College of American Pathologists), Guruji’s blessing has resulted in change of Genus / species in 2 out of 10 treated samples.

In agriculture, the impact had significant improvement in the immunity and growth characteristics, which continued to be not only in the first but also in the second-generation seedlings. These findings indicated a genetic basis to the changes. DNA fingerprinting tests were performed to further investigate the nature of the impact. These tests were carried out at Bangalore Genei through DNA fingerprinting by RAPD analysis.

Seeds of 38 crop lines were subjected to Guruji’s blessing, with one set from each being retained as control. The seeds were planted and germinated and DNA was extracted from leaf discs harvested at the appropriate stage. True DNA polymorphism was found in each case, ranging between 7.8% in Sponge Gourd to 69% in Yellow Pigeon Peas.
